Ekara had often thought about her own appearance, even if it didn’t seem like it much. The big and often times brutish Rexal was kind and nice in demeanor, but her big, tough scales didn’t help give the vibe that perhaps she was more menacing than she actually was. She’d heard of others shaving down their scales, or encouraging growth in a different direction- that sort of thing. She never thought about it for herself though. More often than not she’d assumed that she was just stuck the way she was. Not that she herself minded it that much, but she would’ve liked people to look past the book’s cover and enjoy her company. In came Sweet. Like her name, she was… sweet. Ekara had never felt her insides flutter when she first heard her voice- and the Rexal could’ve said the weirdest things and Ekara would’ve just smiled and nodded along. After the journeying escapades the three of them had had, Idas, Nao, and Ekara found themselves in the local town helping with odd jobs here and there. Ekara was digging in the gardens while Idas and Nao planted the seeds and watered them in that order. The farmer thanked them generously and while Nao wasn’t entirely pleased with the dracm payment, they each got a big, fair share.
These little tasks around the town eventually got them in front of the pottery. The poor potter’s paw had been due a break and despite the signs he hadn’t quite listened to them. Now, the incomplete works remained in the shop while any attempt to

The dome was a peaceful environment, perfect for novice explorers and gatherers to not get into any trouble. Here the three Rexes found themselves working together to clear out this specific area. It was an old temple ruin, rumoured to have lots of small little shards of old, ancient works- perfect for scavenging, really. The grass and weeds were high as ever amidst the weathered marble of the fallen pillars and remains.
